An authentic Italian pizza, but the size of a slice. The oval piccolo is perfect for those who want a delicious snack, but with the quality of an authentically prepared pizza. The piccolo is made of Italian mimosa dough, 100% fior di latte mozzarella and authentic Italian tomato sauce. That’s all there is to it. The piccolo is 17 by 14 centimetres, and therefore several can be baked simultaneously in our Donna Italia brick ovens.

This how you prepare it

You bake the best piccolos in the Donna Italia brick oven. Preheat the oven, while you already fill the piccolos with fresh ingredients. Slide them onto the stone with the professional pizza shovel, close the oven and set the timer. After three minutes you can take the perfect piccolos out of the oven.


This is how you store it

Store the piccolo at a minimum of -18 ° C. Our products can be kept at this temperature for a maximum of 18 months. After thawing, the piccolos can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 72 hours at a temperature of 4 ° C. Do not refreeze the piccolo after thawing.
