Focaccia – salad and bread

You can use the Focaccia to present a salad in an original way. A delicious combination of crusty bread and fresh salad.

 

PREPARATION:

Bake the focaccia for two minutes in the Donna Italia stone oven. Then poke a hole in the center of the bread with a ring and fill the hole with the salad. Place the cut out circle diagonally against it. Serve as a lunch dish, for example.

  • Mixed salad (of your choice)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Cucumber
  • Dressing (of your choice)
  • Donna Italia focaccia
