Vegan Italian flatbread

The Donna Italia focaccia is an Italian flatbread, prepared with the best ingredients. The flatbread is made from Italian mimosa dough to which we only added local olive oil and a little salt. Our focaccia has a diameter of 29 centimetres and is also suitable as a vegan dish.

This is how you prepare it

Only bake the focaccia in a preheated Donna Italia brick oven. Cover the focaccia with different ingredients while the bottom thaws. Then place the focaccia with the special pizza shovel on the hot stone and bake the flatbread for two minutes.

This is how you store it

Store the focaccia at a minimum of -18 ° C. Our products can be kept at this temperature for a maximum of 18 months. After thawing, the focaccias can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 72 hours at a temperature of 4 °C. Do not refreeze the focaccia.
