Our brick ovens
A suitable oven for every kitchen
The Donna Italia brick ovens are available in two different sizes, there’s always a suitable oven for every kitchen. From occasional pizzas to high traffic locations, we have the means to meet the demand. We supply the brick oven(s) on loan and also provide maintenance. The only thing you have to do is to turn it on and keep it clean.
Introduction to use
Donna Italia provides a custom brick oven that is very easy to control. To make sure you get the most out of our products, a pizzaiolo will visit you for an introduction before use. Together you will bake the first pizzas and look at recipes that suit your bar, kitchen, hotel or cafe. This way you can get off to a good start.
Temperature
All our brick ovens are set to over 325 ℃. The perfect temperature for a crispy base and well-cooked top.
Timer
Turn on the timer and we'll let you know exactly when you can serve the perfect dish.
Power
You do not need a power current socket for our brick ovens; they work on regular 220v sockets.
Cleaning
Always keep the brick oven and stone slab free of crumbs and grease, but never clean it with water. Any leftovers can be scraped off the stone with a spatula.
Single Deck
Plenty of room for pizza, focaccia or piccolo’s.
With its 52 by 59 centimeters, the Single Deck is a compact oven that fits on any countertop. The square shape makes the best use of the available space and offers space for one large pizza or a focaccia, two medium pizzas or several piccolos at the same time. The Single Deck works on 2000W and is available in black and red.

Double Deck
Ideal for large volumes.
Our Double Deck is the largest oven we have and has not one but two stone slabs placed one above the other. This way you can bake several pizzas or focaccias at the same time. Ideal for handling large orders quickly. The Double Deck requires 3500W and is available in the colors red and black.

Pizza Shovel
With a professional pizza shovel you can easily slide the freshly made pizzas, focaccias or piccolos in and out of the stone oven. Available in 2 sizes.
Slicer
With our included pizza slicer you roll over the pizza in a few movements to cut the most beautiful slices.
Cutting board
So you can top and cut the pizzas cleanly and safely. Don’t forget that this cutting board cannot be put in the oven!
Timer
The pizzas need three minutes, that’s all. To ensure that you serve optimal quality, we provide a timer that lets you know when you can serve.
